L\u2019inscription peut \u00eatre faite par le patient directement ou avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un proche, d\u2019un professionnel de sant\u00e9 ou du m\u00e9dico-social.<\/p><p class=\"elementtoproof\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Attention : cette d\u00e9marche ne garantit ni un rendez-vous, ni une attribution de m\u00e9decin.<\/strong><\/span> Les patients restent invit\u00e9s \u00e0 continuer leurs recherches.
